Governor Dannel P. Malloy is ordering Connecticut and U.S. flags to fly at half staff tomorrow in honor of Corporal Primo C. Carnabuci, a Hartford native who was killed in action during the Korean War and is being buried in Clinton on Thursday.

Updates to Gov. Malloy's Tuesday Schedule
At 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning, Governor Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman will give welcoming remarks at the first meeting of the state Labor Management Committee. Thursday: Gov. Malloy Attends GE Solar Carport Event, Honors Connecticut's Fallen Service Members
On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join Luis Ramírez, CEO of GE Energy Industrial Solutions, at the unveiling ceremony of the GE Electric Vehicle Solar Carport in Plainville. The carport is one of the largest solar-powered electric vehicle carport projects in North America, linking renewable energy with electric vehicles.
