Malloy today announced that – in accordance with a presidential proclamation directing flags to be lowered to honor the victims of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida – U.S. and state flags in Connecticut will fly at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on Monday, February 19, 2018.

  Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that a stay of deportation has been granted to Zhe Long “Tony” Huang and Xiang Jin “Kris” Li of Farmington. Earlier today, the Governor, along with Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman and State Representative William Tong, met with Huang and had a conversation with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials imploring them to grant a stay for family.
