  Attorney General George Jepsen, Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane and Department of Social Services Commissioner Roderick L. Bremby today announced that Connecticut has joined with other states and the federal government in a global settlement with CareFusion Corporation to resolve allegations of unlawful marketing practices in promoting the sale of Chloraprep, a surgical preparation solution.

  Attorney General George Jepsen and state Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) Commissioner William M. Rubenstein announced today that Connecticut, along with 49 other States and the District of Columbia, has reached a settlement with AT&T Mobility, LLC to resolve allegations that the company participated in a practice known as "data cramming."
