  On Thursday, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will welcome the International Forensic Recovery Conference to Connecticut. The day-long event will address the intersection of mental illness and the criminal justice system.

  On Thursday morning, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will give remarks at the 26th annual Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony. In the afternoon, she will host the annual Wall of Honor ceremony.
