Intergovernmental Policy and Planning Division (IGPP)

How we strengthen partnerships with CT towns

At the IGPP Division, we work to plan and implement policies that connect the State of Connecticut and its municipal governments. Our goal is to help in the conservation and development of land and water resources.

We have two units working toward these goals:

  • The Assessment, Data Collection, and Grants Management unit
  • The Office of Responsible Growth (ORG) unit
