Data and Policy Analytics (DAPA) is part of the Office of Policy and Management (OPM). DAPA helps state agencies collect, manage, and share data in safe and responsible ways. This work supports better decisions and public services in Connecticut.

What does DAPA do?
DAPA supports state agencies in these areas:

  • Coordinate how data is shared
  • Manage the State Data Plan
  • Run the Connecticut Open Data Portal
  • Provide data standards and guidance

What is the Connecticut Open Data Portal?
The Connecticut Open Data Portal shares public data from state agencies. The data is free to access and helps increase transparency and public use of state information.
