We support operations at OPM

Our Division helps the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) run smoothly. We help by managing: communications, policies, and intra-agency and inter-agency issues.

To support OPM’s work, we have three units:

  • The Business Operations Unit to coordinate OPM’s budget
  • The Human Resources Unit to support OPM's staff and personnel programs
  • The Information Systems Support and Development Unit to manage OPM’s computer systems

Together, we provide the services and support OPM needs to stay focused on serving the public effectively.

CT-source is a state system used to do business with Connecticut. You use a CTsource account to work with bids, contracts, and business details from the Department of Administrative Services (DAS). Log in to answer bids, change your business information, and check contracts. If you do not have an account, you can make one.
